Avoid at All Costs, Infested and Unhygienic!

I had a terrible experience during my solo stay. Upon arrival, I found roach legs and wings in my food from the downstairs bar. When I complained, the staff argued instead of assisting me. Limited dining options in the area left me starved for the night.

The room I stayed in was super clean and had a comfy bed that made my night feel refreshing. I really enjoyed the cozy lounge area and the small pool to relax by. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the bar, but it didn’t ruin my overall enjoyable experience. 😊

Upon check-in, I immediately noticed an unwelcoming scent in the room. It was disheartening to see bugs flying around so much that my daughter was swatting at them. This led me to check out just five minutes later, feeling very disappointed and unsafe.

But let’s get real for a sec—loud music from the bar next door blasted through the walls late into the night, making it hard to catch some Zs. And don’t get me started on the missing kitchen supplies. I had to drape my clothes over chairs since the hangers were MIA!

The bed really stood out as one of the highlights. it was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep before an early flight. The shower functioned well, providing hot water consistently, which was a nice treat. However, I faced a few issues during my stay. The entrance posed a challenge with steep surfaces, making it difficult to transport heavy bags. I also didn’t appreciate that breakfast wasn’t included. A simple coffee machine could have made a big difference, especially with limited nearby options. There’s a need for minor updates in the kitchenette, as it lacked basics like dish soap or towels. Staff were nice, but the amenities could use attention to detail. The overall cleanliness was decent and the rooms appeared to be recently updated. Hopefully, they can enhance guest experience further with some improvements.

starz was a great choice for our stay. the rooms were clean and recently updated, and the bed was super comfortable. it's really close to the airport and just a short walk to a couple of restaurants. the staff were also very nice and helped arrange our transfer to the airport.

Had a nice time overall, the bed was super comfy and the shower functioned just fine, exactly what you need after a long day. The staff was helpful, helped arrange my taxi rides, felt like they cared for you, like family to be honest!
